All these old men should go and rest.
How will the leaders of tomorrow take over when the ancestors of today are refusing to step down?

These days, an average Nigerian Child finishes secondary school at the age of sixteen, it will not be fair to make them wait for about two more years before writing their exams, the longer they stay at home, the more their knowledge dwindles which might make even the very intelligent ones sway towards dabbling in exam malpractices.
Also, after the exams, more than sixty percent of students spend 2-3 years seeking for admission and then when they finally get to school, spend 5-6 years for a four years course.
Please this action should not be taken, it will be very detrimental to the young students.

Wedding palaver

Wedding palaver
Today was fun but also hectic. My neighbour got married today and after a smooth traditional wedding yesterday, today Was one disaster after another.
My neighbour slept at my house last night because theirs was filled with guests who were sleeping over so we all stayed up chatting, the bride didn't sleep until after 2am so she woke up late.
We wanted to wake her up but the Make up artist told us to allow her wake on her own so that her face will not be bloated. Aunty slept till almost 7:30 meanwhile the wedding will commence by 10 and from the house to the church is about 30minutes.

When she woke up, it was a rush to get her prepared in time and luckily we were able to finish everything before nine. Lets go to the church now, driver was no where to be found, we called and called but his phone was off, by then it was already after nine, the house was almost empty because the others have already gone to the church, even her bridesmaids had all gone. It was just Her, her sister, her chief bridesmaid, the makeup artist and me.
We had to call the groom to send a car from the church, this was already nine thirty and that means before the car arrives, it will be almost ten and it would take us another thirty minutes to reach the church.
Luckily a few minutes later, the original driver arrived and we asked him what happened. The werey was busy picking up the grooms relatives and dropping them off at the church, can you imagine?
Anyway, The bride and her chief left in the car and the rest of us took chartered a taxi to the church.
Arriving at the church, we encountered another problem. After raging and shouting at the bride, asking why she was late, the pastor's wife began to complain that her dress was too long, that the thing was dragging on the floor and she wants the brides shoes to be visible. We literally had to pin up the hem of the gown so that her shoes could show only then did the wedding commence.
When we got to the reception nko? The designers that were told make a high table setting for twelve people made for only eight and they had to set another table last minute right there in the presence of the guests.
Anyway, the day is over and there was surplus food😂 I wish them a very happy married life and a blissful home.

Show some love. Gift @faexy something as TIPs

With the spread of various diseases going rampant in the country, I'd like to talk about a key toilet hygiene factor a majority of us tend to neglect.

After using the toilet, do you turn on the tap and run water over your hands and said you've washed it?
My dear, you just made your hands wet, you've washed nothing.

I will list some key essentials to have on your toilet sink.
.Antiseptic/Anti-bacterial soap or handwash
.Anti-Bacterial Sanitizer
.Wet Wipes/Cotton wool.

Let me give you a quick scenario:
.You make use of the toilet, washing or wiping yourself afterwards, thereby depositing germs on your hands.
.You use above said hand to turn on the tap, also depositing germs from the hand on to it.
.You wash hands under running water, probably with an antibacterial soap, killing off the germs.
.Finally, you use your clean hands to turn off the tap, recollecting the germs you had deposited there previously.
Funny right?
But this happens to a majority of us daily.
So how can we avoid this?

Here's another scenario:
.After using the toilet, you turn on the tap.
.You wash your hands with Antibacterial soap/Handwash
.You pull out a wet wipe or a wad of cotton wool and spray Anti bacterial sanitizer on it.
.You use it to wipe the tap, from head to spout.
.You rinse your hands.
.You turn off the tap.

Now doesn't that sound better?

Remember, watching your health is a personal effort. If you don't do it, no one will do it for you.
Stay safe and stay healthy.

The key factor in disease control is hygiene and cleanliness.
Keep a neat environment and diseases will be far from you.

Also, avoid crowded areas and watch what you eat and drink.
