What to do if you've lost motivation but are on your way to your goal?
⚡️Highlight and write down your main drivers, motivators. These can be: interest, result, self-affirmation, status, competition, novelty, stability, team, risk, self-actualization, etc.
It is enough to select 2-3 key ones from your past and present experiences.
⚡️Remember your past accomplishments that you are proud of. When you set goals and achieved them. Answer the following questions:
✔️What motivated you to act then?
✔️What were your strongest qualities that helped you?
✔️How did you pick yourself up after you fell?
✔️What factors were the "magic kicker"?
⚡️Create your plan to achieve a goal/introduce a new habit with these motivators/drivers in mind that will shut down your dominant needs.
⚡️Test and refine your plan. Build your piggy bank. Examine your formula for success and apply it to your current goals!
