Nothing heartbreaking there. He has failed Nigerians and also make the word democracy sound like democrazy, that what led to his fall. This is misplacement of pirioty. This man don't know what is doing; his confused. Why not tackle the mean challenges of the country once and for all. The insecurity, electric tariffs, reduce the cost of goods and services instead of giving palliative that will end up in the pocket of the disbursers.
