I think this is good news for Nigeria and other developing countries that trade with the UK. According to the Guardian article, the new UK trading rules will offer lower tariffs and simpler rules of origin requirements for goods coming from these countries. This will help them diversify and increase their exports, boost their economies and create jobs.

I’m happy to hear that the Sultan has declared June 28 as the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah, which is the date of Eid al-Adha, also known as Eid-el-Kabir. Eid al-Adha is one of the two major Muslim festivals, the other being Eid al-Fitr.

This is a serious allegation that casts doubt on the credibility of the presidential election. I wonder why the BVAS machines failed to upload only the presidential results and not the National Assembly results. I also wonder why INEC did not investigate this issue and ensure that the results were transmitted properly. I hope the court will look into this matter and ensure that justice is done.

I hope they will address the issues of minimum wage, cost of governance and social welfare in the process. It’s high time we stopped relying on imported fuel and developed our own refineries and alternative energy sources

Wow, that’s an impressive achievement for Kayode Egbetokun. He is not only a mathematician but also a police officer with a lot of experience and qualifications. He was the former Chief Security Officer to President Bola Tinubu when he was the governor of Lagos State.

I’m glad that Kanu’s lawyer is trying to ensure that his client gets proper medical attention for his ear condition. I think it is his fundamental right to have access to health care and to choose his own doctors. I hope that the DSS will grant the request and allow the new doctors to visit him and perform the surgery he needs.

I'm skeptical about this news. It sounds like another delay tactic by the government to avoid fulfilling its promises to the workers and the people. How many times have they agreed to implement resolutions and palliatives on fuel subsidy removal, only to backtrack or fail to deliver? I don't trust that they will sort out the issues in two months. I think they are just buying time and hoping that we will forget or give up on our demands.

Tinubu’s reshuffle is not surprising, as it is a common practice for a new president to bring in his own team of security advisers.
