It is bad to study 5 years courses and became a professional medical practitioner only for the government to pay you peanuts as salary and no health or hazard allowance. They will be exposed everyday to hazardous working environment and some die in the course of saving lifes. Doctors and other health workers should be treated well. If they are paid well in Nigeria like in UK and US, I tell you they will not Japa.

They will always have excuses for their failed administration and political promises. Why repairing what some other people damage, why not build your own.

A word from my grandfather

A word from my grandfather
I was outside with my grandfather receiving fresh breeze of the evening. He told me a story about an elephant and the mouse. He said the elephant and the mouse when out for a walk and they came across a river the elephant help the mouse on his back and cross the river, when they have crossed to the other side of the river the mouse said to the elephant "you see! when we were crossing the river we shook the river".

He said to me, my daughter when you walk with the elders you received strength to shook the society.

Workaholic you say, he need to make the children sleep so that he can sleep. Tell me how will he sleep when we don't sleep. They hardship in the land even the death feel for us. You complain of sleeping at 3am and waking by 7am. Let there be peace and plenty in the country so that everyone can sleep

You will not know that you are a thief until you are in control of money and if you can give a correct account of that money that's when you know you're not a thief. All this people in power they steal our money and keep for generations unborn.

THE MAN IN THE BOY

THE MAN IN THE BOY
The man in the boy
I was shocked when my son of 4 years old came back from school to tell me a poem taught in school.

It goes this way
"Nigeria is my country
A place full of joy
A place full of pleasure
Where Daddy and Mommy was born
No matter what is happening
Nigeria is my country
Let's join hands together to build a better Nigeria
And Nigeria shall be great again"

I heard this poem and ask him to say it again.
He was so proud to be a Nigerian.
I can see the joy in his face as he say "Nigeria is my country."
He don't know what is going on in the country now, he don't know how I trek someday to pick him from school, I don't know how things are costing in the market.
All he know and believe is Nigeria will be great again.

You will hear him saying repeatedly "no matter what is happening Nigeria is my country".

Injustice in the governance where the rich oppress the poor, the tax the poor masses to enriched their pockets. They set the guilty free and punish the one that is not guilty. That is the country that we are presently.

I join him to pray Nigeria should be great again.
