Goodluck Jonathan used Otedola just set this guy up. Farouk messed up on collecting that bribe but he had evidence that Otedola and other fuel importers were making fraudulent subsidy payments and Diezianni and Jonathan were very much aware.
The cabal dealt with Farouk. They used his greed against him.
