Nigeria, always waking up at dusk! There were pre-independence arms manufacturers in Nigeria. They were all killed off by successive military governments in the country instead of being supported to make better arms. Others became demoralized and the industry became a shadow. We prefer to rely on other countries for supplies rather than manufacturing our own. Na who do us this thing?
