Political Terrorist are heartless creatures; It is obvious that one politician want to gather some MONEY for next coming election because if you times 10m×100=1b. for the farmers ransom which is going to be paid by Federal Government not even the State. This is how they get their money for elections and they always start it on time in order to get enough MONEY for it.
