Things were really expensive this time. a single bird(fowl) was sold for 18-20k even morethan that; something that used to be sold for 3k,5-7k. A bag of rice is another thing all together. How many homes can afford it talk more of giving to othes? However, in all these our God is still a way maker, a great provider that many were able to hit their spoons on their teeth on that Christmas day.
