The truth is that there was no Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation before Pres. Buhari and yet social problems were solved with less corruption over the years.

This ministry from all indications is conduit pipe to loot money in the name cash transfer to poor of the poor, relief to victims of disasters, school feeding, etc.

We need to URGENTLY SCRAP the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.”
