Well, whichever way there′d have been the same outcome. Protests by the losers and jubilation by the winners. It won′t make any difference though.
Nigerians (the government ) hardly learns fromcexperiences like this. The government needs to sit up and apply all neccessary regulations and sanctions to forestall any future occurence.
