There is need to cripple this nonsensical forex demand. The BDCs should be turned to agents of banks entitled to only commission and not permitted to sell dollar above bank rate

The BDCs are not the primary suppliers of forex nor do they create demand. They only provide a market to sellers and buyers of foreign currency.
