This better be cancelled with immediate effect. Nigeria is not ripe for this.
It is better to give girls at the age of 18-25 10k monthly for Sanitary pad and data allowance
Boys 18-25 10k for haircut and date allowance.
They will use the data to look for work, or learn online.
25k to youths will cause problem because politicians will hijack it
