One thing about this President is that he is Bold and Daring. He goes where no previous leader dared to go.
(1.) Fuel Subsidy - removed. GEJ folded and crawled back into the rocky cave at the first sign of protest at Ojota. (2.) FCT minister - gave it a Southerner. No comment. (3.) Senate President - also gave it to a Southerner. Cough let me hear. (4.) Student loan scheme - in the works. (5.) Coastal road - ongoing. But if you ask me I'll say that this coastal project the President is embarking on is not for National interest but for prioritized personal interest.
Sadly on the other hand, this horrible 0.5 or 0.005% tax on bank transfer his government has introduce is too much. We are hearing too of Telecom tax, meanwhile the dreaded Band A electricity palaver on ground. Excessive taxes are suffocating the people and the economy. Mbók, let the poor breath.
