The North need reorientation, I've said this and I'd say it for the umpteenth time. It is so sad that even the elite are supporting this barbaric culture, meanwhile they wouldn't marry off their own children but have them acquire the finest of education. Ganduge did this too but all his children including girls had the finest education before marriage.
