The level of hardship in this country has make them to eat to bellyful not eating balance diet. If things still goes this way, a lot of malnourished cases will be popping up here and there

MSF says this is an alarming indication of a premature peak of the lean season and the increase in acute malnutrition that accompanies it, typically anticipated in July.
