As someone rightly said, looks like the release of the 100k was a ruse by the FG to test the waters and the reaction of the people.. The NGF reacted that they won't pay above 70k and private sector reacted saying they won't pay above 60k.. So therefore after getting the reaction they needed all they had to do was put the amount between 60 and 70k.. Smart old men
