I'm not surprised by his statement, what else do you expect from a taught? His worldview is shaped by bloodletting and thuggery hence, he Knows nothing other than to expose his tomfoolery in public. His statement clearly shows that he's not well educated or informed on the sytem of government in Nigeria, most likely he thought were in an Islamic emirate.
