It's smaller because they have a manageable size of office holders. Here in Nigeria, from Senate to House of Reps., to National Assembly, to Ministers, with so many PAs and PAs to PAs to PAs ..... Why won't Nigeria's problem be big. Just cut this offices to a manageable size.
