    They keep collecting money for unreasonable purposes. You hardly see a person keeping money in the Nigerian bank because the way they keep deducting your money is just so annoying and now cybersecurity feel. Would it stop fraud?

    It is good that someone has spoken concerning this cyber security levy, it doesn't make sense. This is just like daylight robbery, these commercial banks have been charging too much from our accounts for little transactions.

    This is how it's supposed to be, things like this leaves traces and can be tracked, so the fraudsters behind it should be made to know that they won't get away with the funds no matter what.
