Rather it always portends increase in misery, poverty for So the aim of removing the fuel subsidy is no longer to build refineries, but to increase states allocations, the people will now spend more, while the politicians continue with their luxurious live style.

Director in a ministry appointed as HOS when there are 2 servings Permanent Secretaries still in service? This is hugely and profusely anomalous.
Can a HOS be appointed from the ranks of Director? Can someone who has never been a Perm Sec be made HOS?
This is strange, and unprecedented.

Spiritual RESULTS. In the real sense voters suppose to cast their votes on BVAS., you can't dial a phone number on your phone and use somebody else phone to complete your call. Votes cast are suppose to be indicated in voter's card when ever inserted into any INEC machines.,If INEC is independent, and Nigeria ELECTIONS is for one Nigeria, just as an ATM with any bank , you can register a card and use it in Lagos if INEC is LEGAL.
