The petitioners did not have valid case but just beating about the bush, they shouldn't have wasted their money on lawyers after heavy campaign fundings, but trust lawyers, they will always convince their clients that they have strong cases. The election is surely imperfect which the tribunal will acknowledge, but it will never upturn the declared winner.

Definitely they should be accountable but this INEC of a body is just messing around and since they cleared the way for Tinubu to be the president, he feels less concerned and less worried about the whole thing.
