I really need to understand something here

Pls @mindviewer what is going on with paid posts and opinions that I don't even understand how it is operate
A post will be showing people who have not earn recently have an higher heirachy but yet someone will up to 4 consecutive times while another person is not earning at all from the four consecutive times
I want to get it straight
