Being a leader is not an easy task rather it comes with different package of sacrifices,want to satisfy people need by neglecting your own primary need. Being a leader is sometimes scary,one need to be strong both mentally and emotionally because those people who you want to satisfy would break you up into pieces and helpless. People won't see when you are putting things up all they want is result and if it doesn't yield to what they like be ready for😡😡 criticism...... Leadership is like gambling,one decision can lead to crises that can last for a long time. I no the road is rough and too dark to see but it up to you to make a clear destination for yourself
