Mark Zuckerberg suffers from red-green colorblindness. In an interview with The New Yorker in 2010, Zuckerberg revealed that he has difficulty distinguishing between red and green hues.

As a result, he chose the color blue for Facebook's logo and interface because he can see it more clearly. In his own words, " blue is the richest color for me. I can see all of blue. "
