It might seem expensive to keep yourself healthy at all times, but it's rather not close to costly.

Little things you do can elongate your healthy life and keep diseases, sicknesses, and all sorts of ailments far from you.

Now, what are those little things you can do?
1. Make it a habit to always wash your hands at short intervals if you are close to water (very important). At every hour, when exposed to the surroundings, the palms are infested with bacteria microbes which can alter your good health.
2. Put on neat undies: our pubic regions are very sensitive and any pathogens from microbes can be easily introduced through these areas; therefore what you put on inside matters most especially ladies.
3. you must not scrub your skin hard each time you take your bathe, excessive scrubbing tenses up the skin and interferes with melanin production and other essential skin functions.
Sometimes you just have to take a warm bathe.
