Christmas memories
Growing up I had so many beautiful memories of Christmas. I and my family would travel down to my mum's hometown, my cousins and their parents would also come.
It was always something to look forward to, away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos.
We would eat different delicacies and play with each other, leaving to our respective destinations was always emotional because it always felt like the holidays should not end.

Happy winter, sorry harmattan season to you😁. Endeavor to moisturise your body as much as possible this season, carry your lip balm or lip gloss with you when going out to apply whenever your lips go dry. Drink water as much as possible to avoid dehydration. It's beginning to look like Christmas 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Hunger for God
One of those days I had a lot of time on my hands, I decided to check a social media app, Instagram to be precise and then I stumbled on one of my favourite online personality's posts.
She made one of those helpful posts like she always does, but this time around it felt like she knew what I needed at that point.
She simply said do you need a friend? Someone with a like mind, someone you can connect with on an intellectual level and even business wise. She then asked that people comment below and see if they could find friends in the comment section, she was even rooting for us.
I was so excited💃🏾, I searched the comment section to find people who were my speed or with like minds, then I saw it, that one comment that said are you interested in an e-community where Bible study is done and we help each other grow spiritually? I and many others indicated our interests and boom I landed the best community of women with hunger for God and things of God. Now I meditate on God's word daily, I wake up early to pray and trust me I feel loved in the company of these women even though we have never met.

Why the Wedding Ring is Worn on the Fourth Finger
Have you ever wondered why the wedding ring is worn on the fourth finger of the left hand?🤔 Well I have, which made me go on a little research and here is what I found:
• Wearing the wedding ring on the fourth finger of the left hand dates as far back as ancient Greek, ancient Rome and ancient Egypt.
• These cultures believed that there a vein on the fourth finger was connected to the heart.
• The ancient Romans even named this vein the vena amoris, meaning the vein of love in Latin.
• Unfortunately, it has been discovered that there's no vein that runs from the fourth finger to the heart.
So why then do we keep wearing the wedding ring on the fourth finger? Studies have shown that people just wear it because that is what has always been and frankly speaking, if you wore your wedding ring on any other finger, no one would consider you married except you tell them.
Interestingly, countries like Germany, India, Denmark and Austria have switched things up over the years by changing the hand which the ring is worn but guess what, the finger still remains the same; the wedding ring is still worn on the fourth finger of the right hand.
