I think Nigeria should be allowed to benefit if eventually it turns out real. Although, from outside, Nigeria is seen as a rich country but more than half of her population are poor.

French speaking countries are standing uue independence, although to me it's not absolute independence. However, asking the foreign troops to leave is a shot at the right direction. Ivory Coast I believe is now the 6th country to expel French troops.
