Civilians picking up arms to defend themselves should be the last resort, and NOT the first line of defence.
If it takes two hours to get to a village, set up a security CHECKPOINT closer to the village, or simply, station a few Policemen and soldiers inside the community.

A smart lawyer will make the miracle issue a red herring and may get the case destroyed based on technicality.
NAFDAC has already answered the most important question. Was the product registered, NO.
Then the next step should be arraignment and prosecution.
