25 School lunch / snacks ideas

I would like to share a few easy school snacks and meals you can prepare on a budget.
1...If your kids like fish; a fish sandwich is a cool idea, you just need boiled Titus, boiled eggs and butter. Mash it up together, toast your slices of bread and smear on the mashed fish butter and egg and slice it diagonally. Throw in a Ziploc bag. If your kids don't like butter, mayonnaise or avocado pear is a good replacement.

2. If your kids like beans, you can cook your moimoi a day before and refrigerate it for them, pack it with some bread for the kids to school after warming it the next day.

3. Banana and groundnut
4. Fried plantain and eggs
5. A pack of mixed nuts ; groundnut, cashew nut, almond nuts are easy to get.
6. Try packing some chinchin
7. Boiled sweet potato and egg/sauce
8. Fried yam and onion sauce
9. Beans and plantain
10. Macaroni and sauce
11. Rice and beans jollof
12. Indomie boiled without the spice, served with home made sauce.
13. Pancakes
14. Home made fish roll
16. Boiled Irish potatoes and fish or egg sauce
17. Rice and vegetables
18. Beans and yam
19 Bread and beans
20. Beans and plantain
21. If you have a good food warmer oats is also a good stomach filler
22. Prawn crackers
23. Fried rice and fish
24. Apple slices dipped in pancake syrup
25 . Fried yam and ketchup.

These are just a few I can remember.. but don't be afraid to experiment, let the kids have fun while eating but ensure they are getting their nutritional requirements.

Odd Bedtime Ritual

Odd Bedtime Ritual
My bedtime Ritual is to watch something joyful, cover myself with something light leaving only my face showing. I must cover my ears else I won't sleep.
I just feel like something might bite my ears while I sleep.

What's your odd bedtime ritual?

Honestly I like the way they are clamping down on the abuse of Naira. I know one day we will face the source of certain people's wealth, then we would start behaving ourselves.

How many children would you like to have?

I used to say I want to be just like my mum and have 6. But today I thank God for being God, I have two children and in my head that's more than I can afford, imagine if we want to go on a family vacation, I would be thinking of visa fee for 4, ticket for 4, feeding and accommodation for 4, shopping for 4. Unless the dollar drops to ₦650, Na so so imagine I go dey imagine am oh.
God help us.
In all you do just plan well and don't bring children into the world when you can't afford to take care of them. Please save the world the stress.
