Nurture Them For Christ

Nurture Them For Christ
In a secular world like ours, it’s quite easy to leave God out of the training of Children.

Many parents aspire to give their Children good and sound education that will make them proud, comfortable, happy and fulfilled when they are old. Yet, they forget that for any Child to turn out well in life, he/she must be raised in the fear of God. If you want your child to become great in life, then you must nurture him/her for Christ.

Understand that the Child you actually called your own belongs to God. (Ps. 127:3; Gen. 33:5). He graciously gave them to you so that you can care and nurture them in His way from the womb to adulthood. Hence, you must give them a Godly upbringing from cradle. Help him/her to surrender his/her life to Jesus Christ early in life, and teach him/her to honor and fear God through explicit obedience to His word.
Also, help him/her to learn to depend on God always through prayer and faith. Make him/her follow this way of the Lord by your instruction and exemplary life of holiness.
Moreover, help him/her to discover and develop his/her talents, abilities, capabilities and spiritual gifts, and to deploy these potentials to serving God and humanity.

God expect you to nurture your Child for Jesus Christ.
So, if you want to reap the benefits and blessings of having a Godly Child such as Timothy or Samuel, you must make it your sacred duty to nurture your Child for Jesus Christ.

These are the benefits and blessings of nurturing your Child for Jesus Christ:
  • You will have peace and longetivity. (Prov. 3:1-2
  • You will have rest of mind and comfort for your soul (Prov.29:17)
  • You will have a happy and obedient Child. (Eph. 6:1)
  • You will secure your Child for eternity with Jesus Christ in heaven. (Matt.19:14)
  • Your hands will be free of his/her blood. (Ezekiel 33:9)

  • God is counting on you as a Christian Parent to nurture your Child not just to be successful in academics or career but also to become very useful for in His kingdom.
Remember, you are your Child caregiver, and you will give accounts to God who gave them to you. God expects you to be kind and care for them.

Therefore, nurture your Child for Jesus Christ so that you’ll be guiltless of his/her blood on the day of reckoning.

Power and Glory (Ps 63: 1-2)

Power and Glory (Ps 63: 1-2)
    O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

Jesus, speaking to the unbusiness-like approach of Mary when he visited Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38-42 Said “…But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part”. When I see Christians chasing after the things that do not matter I feel a sense of bewilderment. Dear reader, to do well in life and particularly in this kingdom we need an urgent sense of prioritization. If there are two things that matter in this kingdom, power does. Glory does; and a combination of the two represents a great deal of eternal blessing.

First why exactly do you need power and why do you need glory? The first thing Jesus promised after conversion of the brethren and reception of the Holy Ghost is power… “…But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea” (Act 1:8). See the sequence- receive power and then go out and witness. So, that passage of the Bible is basically saying you shouldn’t even witness Christ if you have not activated your heavenly power yet. Why? -Because wickedness is real. I tell you the truth brethren; oppression of the enemy is real. The bible says “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Eph 6:12) No physical man without any heavenly help can wrestle against powers, rulers of darkness and win. The chances are way too slim; may be nil.

Why do you need glory? Glory was what God promised as a reward for giving our all in exchange for the cross. And the Bible says it very clearly “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” (Rev 5:10). If we do not see glory till we meet Jesus it would entirely be our fault and we would have grossly misrepresented Jesus on the earth for glory is the very essence of God as revealed on the Mount of Transfiguration. Glory is the natural by-product of walking with Jesus. Why should the moon stay so closely to the sun and never shine? God speaking through prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 60: 1 says “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.”. If your glory is not beaming, it is most likely you are very far from the source of your shining- God.

But how do we become empowered and begin to shine by His glory at once?
First, you need the Holy Ghost. It is important for us to accept as believers that without the Holy Ghost we are not worth much. The Bible speaks of the enabling power of the Holy Spirit in Acts 10:38 of … “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him”. You see, even the capacity to do good as ordinary as it may seem is lacking when you do not have the Holy Spirit. Permit me to say therefore that man is basically a devil’s possession without the Holy Spirit.

Second, to be empowered of God requires that we tarry in prayer. Is it not instructive that Jesus, in spite of his being God, still had to pray? Prayer is humility and submission to God. As Christians and particularly in this season of fasting we should learn to pray more.

Lastly, people who want to shine in life must learn self denial. Let me have you know dear reader that since God experienced the disappointment of Saul, God has stopped taking people to the throne without first trying them in the wilderness. He sent Joseph to Portiphar’s house and then to jail. After he had been proven he took him to the palace. He sent David to the wilderness and then the Cave of Adullam and even made him face a bear and a lion and then Goliath. After he was proven he made him king over Israel. Do you remember the prophesy through our father in the Lord this year? He said “2020 is going to be a year of many victories and there can not be victories without battles” In the agenda of God battles are to test and prove us as axes in the hands of mighty warrior.

If you desire this year; to be a champion you need the Holy Spirit very badly, you will need to pray and lastly you should prepare very well to confront the tests of faith. But be of good cheer because you have already won.

    Happy new month.

    Greater Glory (Haggai 2:6-9)

    Greater Glory (Haggai 2:6-9)
The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts..

The call to redemption is a call to glory. The whole purpose of our election is the fulfillment of the prophesy made by God at creation. Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air“ The man that emerged after the tragedy of Eden was certainly not the prototype of God. All mortals inherited an inglorious destiny by the error made by one. “For as by one man′s disobedience many were made sinners (Rom 5:19)“.

The starting point of liberation is knowledge. Some Christians are so well used to the story of Eden and the fall of man that it has become the very pattern of their lives. The real deal for ALL Christians is NOT the fall. The fall is pure history the real deal is REDEMPTION. REDEMPTION!

What exactly is the meaning of “Greater Glory“? In literal terms, glory means shining. Let us for a moment examine the scientific concept of luminous and non-luminous bodies.
A luminous body is one which can give light by itself. It possesses the ability to generate light while a non-luminous body is one which does not produce light.
Naturally, the sun is the first example of a luminous body. But you will be shocked to learn that the moon and stars are numbered among non-luminous bodies. The reason is that both masses shine only by the reflection of the Sun. If they do not get any ray from the sun they remain blank. In effect therefore, without the sun′s help, the moon and the stars are just huge masses of darkness.

The story is much the same for Christians. No Christian can shine all by himself. Isa 60:1 says “… and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.“ Brethren, no Christian can demonstrate any glory if God′s glory is not shone on him. Just as the moon gives no light when it stays away from the sun, just so a Christian shines no brighter than the level of his exposure to God′s word.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path (Ps 119:105)“ Hard labour only produces maximum frustration. It is divine leading into genuinely profitable endeavors that makes a man a star. So God′s word shows us the way to the top. In God′s word, we see what we were made to be. It is time for Christians to stop praying to God to bless what they do and get involved doing what God has already blessed. The most blessed of all life endeavors is what God himself instituted. If God instituted a plan, he will secure it to the end. If God created an agenda he will furnish the means all by himself. So the most rewarding thing you can do is to get aboard God′s plan because it′s already blessed.

Now there are at least three attributes of men who experience the glory.
  • One, they put grace to work. They spend their nights as part of their days. They are no sluggards. “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.(Prov 22:29)“. Brethren there are far too many believers who abuse the precious grace of God.
  • Paul speaking in 1 Cor 15:10 says “But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me“. Men who are preferred even among the best, labour night and day seeking to reap a yield on grace. If you are reading this and still sleep ten hours every 24-hour in a day, you are far from glory!
  • Two, they keep at it! Success is never an occurrence, success is always a process. The moment of glory with glitters that you see on primetime TV advertorials are products of months, sometimes, years of painstaking hard work. So, if after your initial trials it seems you have not made much headway, be sure you are sowing a seed and soon it would speak. Please understand dear friend that for every glory there is a waiting period. It took thirty whole years before the glory of Jesus was unveiled.
  • Lastly, men who radiate glory see farther than their peers. They invest in the future. God took Abraham to the field and asked him to look. God promised to give Abraham the land as far as his eyes can see. You can not go farther than you can see. Dream big, think ahead and aim high.
  • Very soon, your own star will shine. Very, very soon, your glory will reach to the ends of the world.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR

Importance of living a holy life

Importance of living a holy life
Holy living brings your children closer to God because a desire for God’s holiness is also desire for God. A holy life attracts God and paves the way for a deeper and more intimate relationship with God. The connection between a holy life and intimate relationship with God is well expressed by King David in Psalm 15: 1-2

Also, teaching children that God is holy, pure and perfect in every way, will build in them an unshakable foundation for a stable faith in life.
Living a sanctified and separated life is the secret of living a life of power and victory through Jesus Christ.
When children learn how to live a life that is pleasing to God and grow up loving the Lord, they will have a steadfast and strong faith that is guided by the Holy Spirit.
A sinful life brings fatal consequences both here on earth and in eternity.

Holy living is a great safeguard for your children. It will preserve them from the corrupting influence of this present evil world.

The Great Turn Around (Psalms 126:1-3)

The Great Turn Around (Psalms 126:1-3)
1 When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. 2Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them. 3. The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

It is easy to appreciate success when you have first experienced failure. Until you have experienced lack you may find it difficult to know the true meaning of plenty. Generally, I see that people who have once been deeply enmeshed in Satan’s cesspit passionately fostering the agenda of the kingdom of Lucifer come more on fire when they give their lives to Christ. The difference is often crystal clear to them.

In life, we generally understand the full meaning of a condition more when we have first experienced the opposite. This is what the Bible was saying in Ps 126 “When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion” They could not believe their eyes. It had been over four centuries since they last knew freedom. Even the youngest of them had never known freedom. Just imagine for a moment a child living in Chile′s Atacama Desert where rain has never been recorded coming to live in Nigeria. When he gets here, he would be shocked. He would see rain, and it will all be strange.

Dear friend, there is an interesting thing that I have seen. When a man becomes so used to poverty, he can hardly believe there are genuinely rich just men who are not cheating others or doing money rituals to build wealth. For women who all their lives have only known abusive relationships and men, their constant refrain is that “All men are the same”. When people become so used to poverty they can almost say that riches is satanic.

Recall the experience of the children of Israel as they leave Egypt in Exodus 14. After four Centuries of a battered mentality they couldn’t even differentiate again between their jailors and their rescuer. They almost nagged Moses to death. They said to him in plain language: “Moses, Because there were  no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?” Unbelievable! My honest question each time I read this is: who exactly has dealt with Israel? Is it Pharaoh and the Egyptians who have had them in chains for four centuries or Moses who is risking his life to save them?
Can you imagine that they actually wanted to die and be buried with their enemies? They said they preferred the graves in Egypt. Those were similar words to the ones uttered by Samson. You see, if you suffer for too long, you will begin to enjoy the company of your bond-man. I pray for you today dear reader, may you never get to the point in your life where you become comfortable with your problems.

The truth dear friend is this, whatever has held you captive for several years is coming under the direct attack of the powers of the Holy Ghost in this season of “The Great Turn Around”. One thing I have come to know in my walk with God is that when God names a season he makes the season to live up to its name. The Bible speaking of God’s instruction to Adam to name all beings says “And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.” One thing is certain about our Father in the Lord, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, he only speaks as he has been commanded of the Lord. In declaring this year’s Holy Ghost Congress “The Great Turn Around” he speaks the mind of God. It is my sincere prayer for you that this season will bear out its name in your life in Jesus name. As you go to the Redemption Camp, you are only permitted to experience one thing - The Great Turn Around. Everyone who saw you before going to camp will marvel at your return because everything must have turned around for good for you.

I want to challenge you however to do three things as you go to Camp:
  • One, in relation to the Great Turn Around that you seek call this congress a name. For instance if you seek marital turn around; say this congress is the congress of “Great Marital Turn Around”.
  • Two, pray Hannah’s kind of prayer in this congress. Don’t go and watch. Don’t go and socialize. Don’t go and connect with men. Pray the kind of prayers you have never prayed in your life.

  • *Three, be full of thanks giving coming home with expectations. I assure you, this season of the Great Turn Around shall answer to its name in your life in Jesus’ name.

I wish you a great Holy Ghost Congress experience and an amazing Christmas celebration.
    Happy new month.

    Turning Point

    Turning Point
    Text: Ps 126: 1-3

When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.
The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

In the book of Ecclesiastes the Bible admonishes us of the seasons of life “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven” (Ecc 3:1).
Verse 4 of that same Ecclesiastes specifically says there is a time to weep and a time to laugh. Whether we like it or not life will never be a bed of roses. One of the realities of life is “down times”. The Bible admonishing us in John 16: 33B “In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

Recall that Job was a good man. The Bible even testified of his righteousness saying “There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.” In spite of his righteousness Job faced trying times. Job lost his farmlands. He lost a beautiful family. In a single day it looked like God turned against him because of his many afflictions.

Dear friend, in spite of the beautiful promises of God, once in a while we would have to face some test of faith even as believers. But listen to what the book of the Lord says in 1 Pet 5:10 “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you”. This is the promise of God concerning you. Any suffering that lasts longer than a while is not a test of faith it is an affliction of the devil.

May I have you know dear friend that the devil is a really bad devil. When he takes a prisoner he messes up their lives completely. If you remember how he dealt with Samson you would really pity him. When he was done with him it was Samson who was begging to die with his enemies.
The devil has never released any man by himself. He seeks to hold his captives forever. Recall, how God delivered the children of Israel from the hands of the devil in Egypt. Until God caused the captors to be swallowed in the belly of the sea they were not going to allow the children of Israel their freedom. Whether you have been captured financially, maritally or spiritually today; It is my earnest prayer that your own turning point has come.

Knowing that the devil never let anyone go without a fight the question then is our do we enforce our changes?
The book of Obadiah 17 says “But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.” Where is mount Zion? Mount Zion is the mount of prayers. If you would like to see a change you must learn to really pray. Nothing is as powerful in causing a change as prayers. Prayer still changes lives. Permit me to tell you dear friend that a prayer-less life is an open invitation to spiritual captivity. Were it not for prayers, Paul would have been beheaded by the persecutors. Were it not for the prayers of Jesus, Peter, like Judas, would have lost eternal life. Were it not for prayers the widow of Nain who lost her only child would have lived in life-long sorrow. But the prayer of Jesus changed it all.

Would you like to experience a real turning point? I encourage you to get on your kneels in prayer. As you get on your kneels in prayers, search out a bible reference for the solution you seek. If you seek fruitfulness, search the scriptures as it pertains to Hannah and Sarah and “eat” those scriptures until they become flesh. If you seek financial prosperity read about Obed Edom. But by all means war in prayers.
Do not be silent. The devil your adversary is moving about on your case. Don’t ignore him also. Take the battle to his doorstep in your prayer room.

Cry for God′s mercy this Season of Fasting and Prayer. Psalm 123:1-4
“Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens. Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us. Have mercy upon us, O LORD, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.“

    Happy new month.

Inculcating Giving Into Your Children By Your Lifestyle

Inculcating Giving Into Your Children By Your Lifestyle
Children learn faster from their Parents’ attitude and ways of life than from any other source.
Therefore, as Christian Parents, we must demonstrate to our children by our practice and precept that a person’s worth is not in the material stuff he/she is able to amass or the fat bank account he/she owns; rather, it is in positive influence one has on others.

As Christian Parents, you must seek to demonstrate the lifestyle of giving to your children; groom them in such a way that they reproduce this Godly lifestyle in them. As they grow older, show them how to give to God and others around. Encourage them to give part of what they have to another person who do not have, while you also do the same. Make them to pay offering regularly at every church service.

The principle of tithe and offering must be part of them from when they start assuming the role of ownership of money and materials. As soon as a child starts attending the junior church, Parents must ensure that their child holds from home his/her tithe and offering and never appear before God empty handed. They must never see it as a burden; but they must be shown and taught that giving is a privilege and if done spiritually and scripturally, it brings great blessings.

    Who is like our God!

    Who is like our God!
Who is like our God? Glorious in holiness and fearful in praises!!! Exodus 15:11

This was the song of deliverance by the Children of Israel after the victory over Pharaoh and his hosts. I pray you are the next in line to sing a new song in Jesus name.

Our God does awesome things in signs and wonders and He deserves to be exalted!

When we consider how mighty God is, our little mind cannot comprehend Him, oh no, we cannot!

Even all nature shouts out His praise! The hills, the mountains , the trees, the waters, seas all shout His praise - they tell of His praise. Creation cry out His worth - like I do - I do show off my God. I know you do too, or don′t you? Ps. 79:13

So we, Your people and sheep of Your pasture, will give You thanks forever; We will show forth Your praise to all generations.
    Ps. 79:13

“For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace; The mountains and the hills shall break forth into singing before you, And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
    Isaiah 55:12

Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently; He shall be exalted and extolled and be very high.
    Isaiah 52:13

“But My faithfulness and My mercy shall be with him, And in my name his horn shall be exalted.
    Psalms 89:24

God will be exalted in all our lives and through our lives in Jesus′name. Amen

Let My People Go (Ex 5:1)

Let My People Go (Ex 5:1)
And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness.

There is nothing as priceless as freedom. When a man is in bonds, his life is caged. When a man is not free he cannot think. When a man is not free he cannot amount to much. Bondage is bad. Bondage is terrible. Bondage takes away the destiny of a man and makes him like an ant.

I remember the prodigal son who had requested his father to give him his own portion of inheritance. His father did and he went to a foreign country to waste it on riotous living. He was living like a king in a foreign land until a terrible famine began. The famine was so terrible that the only option available to him was to eat from the crumbs of a swine of pigs- not sheep, not goats but pigs. What a life!

Dear friend, if you forget anything this month, never ever forget that men who are under the despotic reign of the devil have no choices. Don’t forget, he was a free born, but by his irresponsible acts exposed himself to bondage. He led himself into bondage. In his father’s house even slaves had more than enough to eat but he stepped out of the covering of his father into shame.

Thank God for Jesus. The Bible says “But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. (Isa 49:24). The prodigal son was a lawful captive.
Going off the devil’s hook is important today as it was in the days of the prodigal son. If you are held down by anything or any man, you cannot live your own life or fulfill all of God’s desires for your life.

As we desire freedom though; it is important to note that freedom is a responsibility and not a gift. Freedom puts more weight on you to do what is right. I remember that after the children of Israel had been freed from Pharaoh by the mighty hands of the Lord, they began to murmur in the wilderness, doing as though they were still at the mercy of the Jailers of Egypt. God was angry and He spoke to them... “And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward” (Ex 14:15). God was basically saying to them, your life is now in your hands if you desire to move forward”. God was saying to them “I have delivered you from the powers of Pharaoh, moving ahead is now entirely your own responsibility”.

One thing helped the prodigal son- his acknowledgment of his wrong. “I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee” (Luk 15:18). The Bible says If “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” (2 Chronicle 7:14). No one can be freed who is still held down by his claims of rightful doing. If you do not agree first and foremost that your riotous lifestyle is irresponsible, God cannot help you. Freedom comes from accepting your sinner status and asking God for help.

If you will, I want to encourage you today to say these simple words of prayer: Father, I have sinned against you. I know that I am a sinner and that the bondage in my life is as a result of the works of the flesh. Please come in today and take over my life. Wash my sins and cleanse my life. I promise to follow you from now and ever more. Thank you Jesus; for saving me.

If you said that prayer, you are a new creature, old things are passed away and all things are now new. Walk up to an Usher or the Pastor and share your story.

    Happy new month.

    THANKSGIVING

    THANKSGIVING
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
    Psalms 100:4 ????????????

Thanksgiving is all about worship for it′s one of the keys that “opens the door“ to God′s presence. That′s why the Psalmist encouraged that we come with thanksgiving - “to enter into His gates with thanksgiving...“ ????

When we show gratitude to God it′s an attitude that says, “God this is Your doing and we come in reverence appreciating Your goodness to us.“

Thanksgiving can also precede God′s performance of that which we ask. It declares our faith in that which we know God will do. “While we are yet praying...Daniel 6:10, Col 1:3 ???????? Also Jesus gave thanks before breaking the bread to feed the more than 5000 and even at the last supper...Matt 15:36 & 26:27 ????????

Thanksgiving moves God and even causes Him to act faster on our behalf. Amen! Daniel 2 & Luke 17:14 ????

So let′s always have this attitude of gratitude; let′s always worship with thanks, giving praise(s) unto our God.

This is the season to intensify Thanksgiving as we start the month - Awesome month of September! A month that God will remember us to produce great testimonies through us. Truly, God has been so good to us since the beginning of this year and He′s well deserving of our WORSHIP.

????Lord, I come before You today and all I want to say is Thank You, Lord. Even without asking anything but giving You thanks for all You have done, All you′re doing and All You will yet do! I bow before Your throne and say “I AM GRATEFUL, LORD ????....

    It is good to give thanks to the Lord , And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High;
    Psl 92:1 ????

“I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers; You have given me wisdom and might, And have now made known to me what we asked of You, For You have made known to us the king’s demand.”
    Daniel 2:23 ????

And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
    Colossians 3:17 ????

Now at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought out the Levites in all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem to celebrate the dedication with gladness, both with thanksgivings and singing, with cymbals and stringed instruments and harps.
    Neh 12:27 ????

I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify Him with thanksgiving.
    Ps 69:30 ????

In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
    I Thessalonians 5:18 ????

Let this be your decision now and always.

Remember me oh Lord (Gen 30:22-23)

Remember me oh Lord (Gen 30:22-23)
And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb.
23 And she conceived, and bare a son; and said, God hath taken away my reproach:

It is very easy for a man to forget another man. Everyone is busy pursuing their own greatness that they cannot spare a minute of thought for the second person.
It is an awfully selfish world! But hear this dear reader, God is making one irreversible promise to you this new month, it is the promise to always keep you in mind.

What exactly does it mean to be remembered of God? When God remembers a man He turns his shame into glory. Isaiah 61:7 (AMPC) says, “Instead of your [former] shame you shall have a twofold recompense; instead of dishonor and reproach [your people] shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double [what they had forfeited]; everlasting joy shall be theirs.“
This scripture shows us that God can completely restore us — no matter what we′ve done or been through. And He wants to bring us to a position that′s better than we would have been in if we had never gone through the messes in our lives. He wants to give us double for our trouble!

The second thing that happens when God remembers a man is that He makes all thing become new. Our God is a dynamic God. Every new day He renews His glory. Every new day He does something greater.
Many are so used to the ways of yesterday that they do not imagine new things. Many are locked in their expectation that they do not dream bigger dreams.
For as many people who are held back by the victories of yesterday God will give you a new ground to conquer in Jesus name.

Do you know dear friend that the problem of some people is the victory of old?
Let us examine the spiritual import of Isa 43:18-19 for a moment. “…I will even make a way in the wilderness…”(Isa $3:19B) I do not know that man or woman who is reading this piece right now and all around you there is thick darkness; no light or any sign that there will soon be light. You have come to the limits of your wits and the end of your wisdom. But the word of God is coming to you today. God is making a way of escape for you.

Dear reader, I like you to know that the delight of God is doing the impossible.
Impossibility is the specialty of our God. The book of Mark Chapter 4 recorded the event of the wild storm when Jesus was asleep right at the innermost part of the cabin. Everyone in that ship on that day was afraid. They believed they would die. But Jesus right in the middle of the storm was fast asleep; it took some time to even wake Him. They said to him “Carest not thou that we perish?” That day Jesus did one more new thing. Right in their presence he spoke the word “Peace be still“ and the wind obeyed. They exclaimed “What manner of man is this? Even the wind and the storms obey him”.
Listen to me reader: that long-standing problem of your life that you believe would cost you a fortune or even your life savings will disappear at the word of the master.

The third thing that happens is that a man that is remembered of God received eternal freedom from his adversaries. I pray for you today dear reader whoever and whatever may have been holding you down by the power of the devil, they will release you this month in Jesus’ name. Whatever may have refused you access into your glory in the past are destroyed by the power of the Almighty this new month in Jesus name.

Happy new month and welcome to September
