An Act of Kindness
I have been sitting on the waiting seat for about 40 minutes when I was called upon that it was my turn to be attended to.
The customer service was very polite and I narrated my story and complications to her, told her about my bank card which was expired and then I needed to renew, I also let her know that I have not been receiving credit or debit notifications on my phone it seemed a long task to me but I had devoted the say to have it all sorted.
She agreed that there was a payment involved for the renewal of card and immediately, I told her to subtract the cost from my bank balance. I thought there was some money there because earlier the day before I had initiated a withdrawal from MindViewers but then to my dismay there was not enough funds there, the customer service who was attending to me had confirmed, the withdrawal must have failed and I hadn't suspected because I wasn't receiving alerts any longer.
My day was planned, and the cash i had there with me was to get some basic needs from the market around the bank.
It was in that moment that a thought dawned on me: why not reach out to MindViewers?
I quickly narrated my ordeal to the admin, ready to accept whatever fate brought.
It didn't take an hour before I received a response - DONE!
