It might seem expensive to keep yourself healthy at all times, but it's rather not close to costly.

Little things you do can elongate your healthy life and keep diseases, sicknesses, and all sorts of ailments far from you.

Now, what are those little things you can do?
1. Make it a habit to always wash your hands at short intervals if you are close to water (very important). At every hour, when exposed to the surroundings, the palms are infested with bacteria microbes which can alter your good health.
2. Put on neat undies: our pubic regions are very sensitive and any pathogens from microbes can be easily introduced through these areas; therefore what you put on inside matters most especially ladies.
3. you must not scrub your skin hard each time you take your bathe, excessive scrubbing tenses up the skin and interferes with melanin production and other essential skin functions.
Sometimes you just have to take a warm bathe.

The mysterious Cold
I woke up today with a shiver, feeling the chill as if the harmattan season had just begun again or rather intensified after some break. I was puzzled by how the weather had intensified overnight. Just last week, the nights had been so unbearably hot that I couldn't sleep without a fan. I had to reluctantly switch it off when the power went out. I was even considering getting the air conditioner fixed (I no get air conditioner oo), that's how hot it was. But now, the cold was so severe that I thought I might be in for a bout of pneumonia.

I hurried to my wardrobe and pulled out the thickest coat I owned, bundling myself up in layers to protect against the biting cold. As I stepped outside, the air felt almost foreign, like a sharp slap to the face.

Later in the morning, I stumbled upon updates on Mindviewers, the community information platform, and found out that the unusual weather was the result of pollution, not a natural occurrence. It was disheartening to learn that something as transient as weather patterns was being influenced by the impact of human activity on the environment. Lets take us aback to when we were infants on mindviewers.
On those early days, I had just signed up on mindviewers after seeing a status update from a friend who had successful withdrawals from the platform.
I never let updates slide past me, so I hopped on the link immediately, but unfortunately, I didn't catch up with the referral bonus of #1000 per referral. You know what 1k can do for you in those days?
