Backfire/Gone-wrong Stories & Experiences

Mindviewers has so far been the best website that I could proudly boast of, refer to without regrets, and also show proofs of withdrawal and unargued credibility but something happened this late morning around 1am.

My last @stories competition was due for a win and before the winning time, I accumulated more likes than all my opponents, but then as soon as the countdown was over, the cash price was withdrawn to @simon11 account.

I was displeased with the whole outcome so I messaged the admin @mindviewers immediately and made my complaints with him and also sent my proofs to him. But he did nothing. After several messages, he replied finally and claimed that @simon11 had higher likes as at 12am whereas the competition ends by 1am. He also defended that the selection was automated and therefore correct. But I ask, what is the value of the admin if he couldn't try to trace for computerized mistakes or bugs.

@simon11 woke up definitely around 4/5/6am and magically he accumulated more likes to qualify his win.
Guess what?, @mindviewer admin bought it.

This is in no way meant to insult or judge, it's just my story.

Nzube was my friend, we were very close that our relationship brought both families close too. We often played along the street where most younglings of the area joins us.

On a particular day, we left our street and was strolling down a street next to ours when a familiar face who sometimes we allowed to play with us when numbers needed in our children games were low. He was coming towards us with three of his friends making them four.

He expressed anger on how he was usually treated whenever he came to our street to play and how he is determined to make us pay. He drew a line and threatened that we continued with our journey if we dared to.

I usually didn't like violence but something else I detest is having my rights trampled on. I walked past the line and was walking ahead when I received a blow on my cheek, I was about retaliating when another ran towards me and brushed me down. The other two picked on Nzube making him shed tears.

I couldn't sleep properly at night because I couldn't lay on my favourite position, my face was in pains. I cried deeply in my heart and prayed for same opportunity.

I was fetching water some days after when I saw the bully walk past with a dust bin. Quickly, I rushed two blocks away and hollered at Nzube and informed him of the golden opportunity to have our revenge. He joined me immediately and we hid ourselves and waited for the scapegoat.

We came out from hiding immediately he reach our spot on his way back and he didn't act surprised or threatened when we crept in on him. He acted stubborn and fearless and was about to push at Nzube when I struck his face with a loud slap. He struggled to get back at me but I made for his legs and brushed him down to the grounds while Nzube was throwing punches at him. I desperately wanted him to cry and feel what I felt that day.

I told Nzube to pin him down while I pulled the bully's nicka, removed my slippers and gave his dark bum bum about 4 hot strike when he cried out. We soon left him and ran when we saw a young man running to the scene.

We got our revenge, I was happy more than anything that day and I was sure Nzube too was.
We waited for another battle but it never came.
We won😂.

I had this friend who I called uncle while I was in primary school. He often bought me junk foods whenever he returned from class. He was a student at a close university.

I ran errands for him and I don't miss a mouth watering reward afterwards. He was also friendly to everyone but he was my uncle (I called him uncle), so we were much closer.

Returning from school one day, I walked along the usual path I use while going and returning from school. On this day I decided to wave my friend (uncle) and maybe he would bless the day.

I was heading for the door when I heard sobbing sounds inside. Out of curiosity, I stretched and opened the window blinds, and there was my uncle with a female guest. They were bare.

Adrenaline pumped through my blood immediately and I was confused on what to do. I dashed out and continued my walk home, thinking of who to tell first about what I saw.

I was almost home when I saw my uncle, I don't know how he did it, but he was approaching me, he must have taken a shortcut and intercepted me.

The look on his face was terror as he shouted at me and asked angrily why I opened his window. He struck my face twice and instructed that no one heard of what I saw.

With teary face, I returned home and everyone gathered, my face was swollen. I couldn't have said a word but on a second thought, I spilled the whole gist.

A week later, he moved out, my uncle moved out. Guess he couldn't bear the shame any longer. I didn't feel it though because I cut off the friendship instantly after the first slap.

Yesterday Monday 3rd July, the school was not supposed to conduct any lectures since the Mondays have been usually recognised as stay-at-home day.

The day started off boringly, we had not perceived electricity for close to 34hrs and my phone was dead. I had to go inside the institution to find where to charge.

I found a class which had faulty wall fuses, but at last, found one good.
I had just plugged in and seated for few minutes when students started rushing inside the building like they were being chased, some pushed, and overtook me while I struggled to leave the front seat I occupied and run to the back.

When everything settled down, to my utmost surprise, it wasn't any alarm.
The students were just rushing to get a good space before the next lecture.

I had given up my seat because of what I thought was the gun men's. With anger, I just stood, picked my belongings and left.

Early this morning going to church we were almost crushed by a policeman vehicle, the bike I and my sis took a man's vehicle almost collided against us he started raining insults on him and the man was so so infuriated he was trying to get something from his vehicle and he brought out a handcuff that was when our bikeman knew he stepped on a wrong tail and the chase was on and he started taking us through streets and the policeman was still coming at us but unfortunately we lost him 😞☹️ though I went to church late.

Today was the most funniest moment I have ever experienced.
It all started after service, i went to one of my friends house to enjoy the Easter goodies, on our way we met one man who was with two fouls for sale and it was very at a very cheap rate but to our surprise when people see the chicken they will just drop and leave. We got closer and I grab one of them, guess what the foul was lifeless, I mean why would someone sell dead chicken and that was when we noticed the man wasn't totally sane, we just quickly left oh

I had an exam yesterday a very dangerous 😬 biochemistry course I read the course one week before the test to tell you how dangerous the course was a day before the test I didn't sleep the following day I went to the hall with confidence and pride and I tried to log in the system but I couldn't it was saying access code denied I called the invigilator he said I should complain to the admin I did after an hour I was into the test and when I wanted to submit a student passed and with his leg removed my system cable the system went off what a painful experience.

An incidence happened when I went to to fix the church keyboard at an instrument store I guy came in that he wanted renting mixer and a power amplifier so he transfer the money to the owner of the stall and then went to the road to board a vehicle that will convey the instrument to his destination because the sound system is very heavy so he put the power amp and went back to get the mixer the driver had already made away with his instrument he was shouting uncontrollable so we should be very conscious this season people are very hungry so don't just trust anyone you bump into on the road. Nigeria will be great again.

Everyone is just trying to measure up and feel among. Over the week I happened to come across a fight between a keke driver and a car owner, the owner of the car claimed his car was scratched by the keke man but the scratch wasn't even visible enough it was a minor thing, so as they were arguing and the car owner was forcing the keke man to pay for damages people gathered and started to beg the car owner but he was adamant threatening he will get the keke man arrested.
Suddenly a man drove in a car and slapped the car owner and he began to beg Lo and behold the car owner was just a house boy who took his boss car for a cruise, this life nawa o

My neighbors son took his girlfriend out with his father's car so the man came home looking for his vehicle he went around asking neighbors but they had no idea because the man travelled and just returned and his car was missing then he called the police and told them about it they said his son took it out and slhe went to that location beat up his son and embarrassed him in public and the girlfriend claimed not to have any idea that the guy took the car without his father's knowledge.

Hello mindviewers you need to hear this so have a plate of popcorn and read this. This is an occurrence that all played out last week as though it were to be a movie ,such a memory that has sticked to my memory like scarlet I don't think I can forget this in a hurry.it all started that my sim card an MTN sim started miss behaving at times the network bar will display at times it wouldn't owing to the fact that the sim life span is coming to an abrupt end so it even stopped working I took a chill pill and was patient for three weeks 😂 it didn't still work later I got an inspiration like Achimedes the scientist in the bathtub that I should make use of methylated spirit so when I used it to my greatest disbelief it started working only for a day the next day it didn't work I had to go somewhere in town for a Sim swap when I went there I was asked for my NIN details I gave them they took my details I was the only one there for sim swaps buh after I was been captured three other people emerged from nowhere so their details too was taken so they asked us to wait for the guy that will take us through the next phase that he went to mosque go pray, so we were patient till he came so when he came we were asked to follow him to my surprise those people that came late took the lead and they said the first should sit I was about going but the elderly struggled to sit and he did his and they said next the guy turned to me and was begging that it is only 2:30 he has in this life ooo and I too had something to attend to though not convinient at all , and his started developing faults till past 3 they were struggling to do his registration and he forgot the lie he told about 2:30 and they asked for mine it didn't take up to 10minutes it was a success to round it all up the guy didn't bring his main NIN slip he was asked to go and probably come back tomorrow I was so glad I allowed him go before me life thought him to be patient. So to everyone reading this do not try to act smart over people's kindness to their detriment always stick to protocols it pays or else you will be a colossal failure In life
