My friend called asking for help logging into her account on Chrome. She was pretty frustrated because she’d been trying to sign in each morning, only to find herself locked out yet again when she check back.

As I listened to her explain the situation, I could almost picture her there, scratching her head in confusion. So, I calmly explained that simply logging in with her email and password might not be the best option. I told her that it was more prescribable to really use the Google sign-in option to log in directly.

But oh boy, she was one of those people who just didn’t get the simplest things on the internet or smartphones. It didn’t help that she kept interrupting, trying to make a point where there isn't, it was just her usual way of doing things. I could feel my patience wearing thin, but I really wanted to help her.

I found myself chuckling softly as I guided her step by step. It felt like we were in a tech version of building up a Web or something bigger. I gave details to every single directive. From clicking Google, inserting her email, how to recover her email password, how to confirm "not a robot"!!

It was a long process, almost like it stretched out for ages, but finally, after what felt like 3 years, she managed to maneuver through the options and successfully signed in with her Google account.
I could feel her tension soften as she cheered from the other side of the line.

Later that evening, she checked back in, and called to tell me that she was still logged in. I couldn’t help but feel satisfied, it was like I accomplished a lot in one day. It’s funny how something as simple signing in from Google could seem like a full time job.

Clarissa’s POV : The chirping of the birds 🦅 outside my window 🪟 , woke me from sleep, just when I thought I had had the worst morning, my alarm ⏰🕰 rang so loud and I heard a bang on my door 🚪.
"Clarissa wake up 🛌 , the school bus 🚌 is almost here ,you don’t want to be late for school🏫” That was twin👯‍♀️ sister , Claire. I hated school so much that I would skip classes with the claim of being sick. I snuggled out of my bed which I never want to leave and went to the bathroom to prepare for school. Our housekeeper had already ironed my school uniform the previous day. So after prepping for school, I went downstairs to have breakfast ,waffles 🧇 ,scrambled eggs 🍳 and coffee ☕️…………,
while Claire was almost done with hers, such a foodie, gosh🙈😬

Claire’s POV : Hey guys, how are you doing? Ooops sorry where are my manners?

Clarissa is a bit of a hard nut to crack, she hates school unlike me the social twin, yeah you heard that right, I was the social butterfly 🦋. Claire’s POV : As we got to school ,we waited for our class teacher 👩‍🏫. Few Minutes prior to the the time the bell rang, a blonde woman in her late thirties entered our classroom and we saluted her…
Good day class, welcome to sophomore year. Another year to reflect on and improve your grades and also your final year at high school 🏫.

If you don’t have one yet you can pair but ensure you get them before your test. As we’d be having weekly test to groom you in preparation for your final examination, our teacher said.

Soon it was time for lunch,we went to the school cafeteria and ordered for mashed potatoes 🥙 with cheese 🧀 and had our last class for the day….. We got home and ate ramen 🍜 for dinner 🍽… I was so excited because I’m about to clock my sweet sixteen …and our parents promised to allow us go to be beach for the first time. Clarissa’s POV : Our parents organized a picnic to celebrate Claire and I sixteen birthday 🎉 🧺,more like a family tour which happens to fall on weekends after a hectic day at school and asked our parents if K² can tag along;lol 😂 that what we nicknamed them... Our best friends et Soul Sisters 👯‍♀️ , Katherine and Khloe 👯‍♀️ We grew up together with our parents in Cambridge, England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. But they moved out of the states when their parents got a divorce.

The day started off with a family outing to the beach. Claire, ever the planner, had packed sunscreen 🧴to protect their skin from sunburn , beach towels 🧖‍♀️🧖🧖‍♀️, snacks like popcorn 🍿,sandwiches 🥪,French fries🍟,corn dog 🌭,hamburger 🍔,a box of pizza 🍕,drumsticks 🍗,pancake 🥞🧇,a bowl of ice cream 🍨 🍧,lollipops🍭,chocolate doughnut 🍩,cookies 🍪,few slices of cake 🍰 et cupcakes 🧁 and fruits like banana🍌 ,apples 🍏🍎 ,orange 🍊,blueberries 🫐 ,pineapple 🍍,strawberry 🍓,avocado pear 🍐 🥑,watermelon 🍉 ,grapes 🍇,kiwi 🥝……,lots of them in their picnic basket 🧺 to munch on and also not forgetting juice 🧃 and a pack of bottled water to stay hydrated.
Clarissa, lost in her thoughts, had forgotten her sunglasses. As they spread out their blanket, Clarissa sighed, wishing she could be a mermaid swimming in the crystal-clear water. Claire simply smiled and handed her sister a pair of sunglasses 🕶 she had brought just in case, what her sisters for.

Khloe’s POV : We started building sand castles🏜🏝🏖 and got into swimming to wash our body and applied our sunscreen, we then decided to have lunch with some food we packed for ourselves. Claire, being the foodie, reached for the freshest catch of the day. Clarissa, not particularly fond of doughnuts 🍩 , opted for a plain hamburger 🍔 . As they enjoyed their meal, Clarissa started telling a story about a fairytale🧚‍♀️ . Claire, amused by her sister's imagination, listened intently.
In the afternoon, they decided to take a boat tour. Claire, always up for an adventure, was excited to see the dolphins. Clarissa, however, was a bit nervous about being on the water. As they sailed along, Clarissa spotted a beautiful sea turtle swimming nearby. She pointed it out to Claire and they both watched in awe as the creature gracefully glided through the water. As the sun began to set, they returned to the beach to watch the sunset. Claire and Clarissa sat side by side, while Katherine and Khloe sat opposite them gazing at the sky .
For a moment, the two pairs of twin sisters seemed to share a special connection. Clarissa realized that even though she and Claire were so different, they could still have wonderful experiences together. And Claire learned that sometimes, it's okay to let go of the plan and simply enjoy the moment. While Katherine and Khloe seemed to have a lot in common, their sense of humor, beauty and amongst all intellectuals being.
They had a whole lots of fun 🤩 and soon it was time to go their separate homes.
Indeed, it was a day to remember.😊

They told us Chrome was the major browser for operating an account efficiently, and then, I nodded, already planning how I'd make the switch.

Three days ago, I logged out of my usual lite browser and made the change to Chrome. The interface was a little different because it was long since I used the browser .

It was time to log in to my account, and I went through the process by entering my email, password, and confirming my settings.
The whole process was as if I was stepping onto a new stage where all the action, maybe a new earning feature would unfold, who knows.

After I logged in they mentioned an automated wait time of 24 hours before I could take action on my account again. That didn’t seem too bad initially, just a little patience, right?
But as each interval ticked down and I kept checking back, hoping to begin my usual tasks but I found myself locked out again. And I still had to wait an extra 24 hours.

Day after day, I went through this maddening cycle. I’d log in, only to find out that i was logged out, I was starting to feel frustrated at first, tussling through the chrome settings like I was a developer.

Then yesterday, something changed. Àfter I logged in directly from Google, it stuck, and here i am.

Yesterday, the awaited Hamster airdrop finally paid out, but the amount was so small that many people were calling it "dust." It was disappointing after waiting for two months and tapping their game daily, but I didn’t really expect much to begin with.

With the little I got, which amounted to just 9,000 naira, I decided to treat myself. I made a delicious pot of okro soup with some good beef to lift my spirits. At least, if the money wasn’t plenty, I could still eat well and feel a bit better about the whole thing.

Honestly, I can’t say I deserved more from the airdrop. The platform had a huge community, so I wasn’t surprised that the reward wasn’t much. It’s always a gamble with these things, especially when there are a lot of people involved.

Even though the payout was underwhelming, I appreciate that they even paid at all. Some projects never do. So, in a way, they tried, and that’s worth acknowledging.

All the same, I’m still hopeful for better opportunities. Maybe the next airdrop will be bigger and more rewarding. I keep praying for a lucky one, because small wins like these are what we rely on sometimes.

My life in the university wouldn't be complete without this keen story of mine. I was staying with two of my friends in a single room in school so where I came from we don't really have funds , so my parents tried their best to just buy little foodstuffs for me and with transport fare and send me off to school like an orphan. Due to my financial status I don't really mingle with some kinds of friends because they use me as a subject matter always to mock me , the closest to me that I can do anything for was my roommates I can literally lay my life for them.

As life went on in school, I started to develop cold 🥶 feets for a certain lady in my department she was everything a man would wish for , her dentition, colour of her eyes , height , hour glass figure literally she seemed an angel that fell off the sky. Am so timid, considering the fact I am a broke guy made it worse and I didn't want to lose her either, I went to my drawing board and mapped out a strategy to get her to know me and eventually fall in love with me. I started to sit in the first row that's where she always sits so we got close and started talking eventually.

I started seeing new changes in her and her frequent mood swings, when we usually see I make sure I get something for her most times I borrow the money to get very little stuff for her she doesn't really show appreciation, there was a particular day I got chocolates for her and she yelled in anger and said why on earth will i get her such cheap chocolates , she threw it on the ground and left.


I sent her numerous messages and she didn't reply, i even went to see her she didn't want to see me. I didn't have airtime so I took my roommate's phone and I saw his chats with her he planted the seed of discord in her, that was why she hated me so much he told her I was a broke boy and even told her detailed lies that my family is cursed and all sorts of nonsense. I had a spill over because I couldn't bear the traumatic experience it was indeed heavy as I speak they are married.

When I was much little I loved the kind of hair I had I always flaunt it at the slightest given time. it was so curly and glossy and amongst my friends my hair was the best even better than the girls hair in my class to was the perfect definition of Mr handsome and my hair Indeed complimented my steeze. I was given special treatment and favour by my teachers and principal they ask every guy to keep a low cut but because of the nature of my hair they don't send me at all so I guess I was privileged.

So calamity struck when my hair started feeling itchy and I always have a burning sensation but I never thought about what was wrong just thought it was normal but it increases on a daily I kept it to my self for two months and I my hair started falling off and I had patches on my head that was when my mum noticed she took me to the clinic I was diagnosed of a scalp infection that no one knows from where it came from I was served the hottest heartbreak when I was asked to cut my hair for treatment to be administered I ran from the clinic.

My mum gave me heavy persuasions about cutting my hair but when the itch and sensations became more serious I just gave in but I cried so much that night when my hair left because it was Sunday the next day was Monday so i was so reluctant to go to school because of the glory i attained with my hair. So I went I just stepped into my class and it was indeed an ovation and a bombshell to them there was a mighty roar of laughter I cried so hard and they gave me a new name because of my hair cut " SCREEN TOUCH "

Tonight, the results of the hamster airdrop finally came in, and my neighbors were celebrating like they’d just won the lottery. They were overjoyed, claiming they had become rich. Meanwhile, I only got 500 coins because I joined the process too late. Honestly, I felt a bit embarrassed.

I’ve missed a lot of these airdrops in the past, but tonight really hit me hard. Everyone was talking about how much they got, and I was just there feeling left out. It’s tough when you know you could have done better if you’d acted earlier.

The noise in the compound was overwhelming. People couldn’t stop talking about their big wins, and it was all I could hear.

Still, life goes on. Even though I didn’t get as much as the others, I’ll keep pushing forward. There will be other opportunities, and next time, I’ll be ready. I’ll just take this as a lesson learned.

A long time ago I was so stubborn , strong headed and I was also a narcissist to crown it all up. It wasn't something of just my will or what I wanted to do I was told my grandma was a Queen mother in a coven that when I was a toddler she brought water from the black sea and washed my face that is why am always this terrible child, a living and breathing bad omen.

I was so notorious In our community I have been brought to the council of elders severally for one offence on every other day but as we all know practice makes perfect, so I gained mastery in my devilish craft and I was a mafia at the age of 18 years old and our operations is in secret in the claws of the dark.

A mission was brought to us to steal the scepter of rulership from our king we were sent by a white man that came all the way from Canada because the scepter is worth millions of dollars so it became a deal and we plotted an attack strategy and the percentage we would leech off the foreigner. I was developing cold feet about the mission but I just had to harden my heart.

We attacked on the 7th market day in the 7th month so there is always a festival in the king's palace we had our eyes In the palace that poisoned the drink of the king and he had to sleep he was taken to the chamber and I went there I saw the scepter steering at me in the eyes and I grabbed it I couldn't move and I couldn't get my hands off it my friends touched me too and they were glued to me. We were arrested and dealt with I came to a concise conclusion that crimes don't pay at all

Kosi was a young boy of four years old, he was a son to one of my cousin's.
Growing up, I literally nurtured this little boy as if was my own son. We were close like a mother and son.
Even though Kosi respected me so much, there was one thing he would never heed to, even his original mother couldn't stop him.

Playing under the rain was the little boy's hobby, he never missed a chance to play under the rain no matter how unhealthy it was. His mother had tried everything, but each time he was prevented from having fun while it rain, he became weary of cry and falls sick afterwards.
Subsequent occurance had made his mother give up on restricting him.

I on my own part had tried my best but nothing seemed to work. We would only monitor him as he danced around the compound while it rained, and warned him from moving father from our sight. Since playing under the rain seemed a vital part of it, we all accepted it as a little culture.

On one occasion after Kosi had performed his usual habit, he became sick the next day. His joints hurt and he couldn't hide it.
After he was taken to the hospital, it was realised that he had caught pneumonia. The doctor placed him on 3 injections each in the morning and in the evening for straight 3 days.

When Kosi recovered, he couldn't face the fear of having anything cause him to return to the hospital and have those dreadful needles in his buttocks, and so, the habit was ridded.

Two weeks ago, I wrote a story. I thought it was good, but I felt like it wasn't good enough to win the writing competition. I really wanted to win.

The day after the competition, I was a little sad. I didn’t want to check the comments about my story. But then, something wonderful happened. I saw a message from someone who read my story, the main Admin!. He said comforting things and the words made me kind of hopeful. Their words made me smile

After reading that message, I felt inspired to write another story. I wanted to do my best this time. Then, yesterday, I woke up and checked my messages again. Guess what? My story won a prize in the competition. I couldn’t believe it.

I don’t want to talk about how much I won, but it was a good amount! Maybe it was 2 thousand or even 3 thousand. I just feel very, very happy. What matters to me is that people liked my story.

Adaeze was a young spinster in her mid thirties ,First Daughter of The Otutuchkwu’s Family. She is a gorgeous lady ,chubby , and has dazzling eyes ,glowing skin and voice that makes ones’ heart jingle,who always helped others succeed but sadly,was a shadow of herself.
She could go any length to make others happy but she was bittered and sour. Her father passed on after a scorpion 🦂 sting on their way to farm one evening,and ever since then ,her and her mother had to take care of her siblings,feeding once a day from the cassava farm then had.
As each day ,month and years passes ,Adaeze was always reprimanded and reminded to bring home a hubby especially her mother who won’t let her hear the last of it ;in her mother’s voice Adaeze “Kedu mgbe ị ga-akpọta di(When will you bring home a husband?),aren’t you go to give me grandchildren?”,you know I’m aging,all your siblings are married yet no one has come to ask of your hands in marriage.
These words always seems to pierce the Adaeze’s heart because suitors aren’t coming by.
All are siblings are all married with children and she is still hoping on God.
She went on job hunting on faithful morning,where flashes of her mom’s life-tormenting words keep hitting on her ,flashing through her memories,little did she know ,lost in thought 💭 she was approaching a moving vehicle which almost knocked her down

The young man in his early fourties’ came down from his vehicle and saw Adaeze on the floor,helped her up and cleaned her dress that was dusty as a result of her subconsciousness that drifted her to fall.He offered her a ride,
and asked why she was lost in thoughts and tearing up.
She explained to the young man that she was coming back from job hunting but wasn’t qualified for the job because she barely was academically qualified as her father died early and her poor mother could barely afford a three square meal;so she couldn’t exceed the secondary school level and the job required a BSc holder,and the CEO of the company was desperately trying to have sexual advances on her so she could pass the interview but Adaeze declined the offer and slammed the door.
After the young man heared her story ,he was touched and decided to her find a befitting job of her qualification.
Little did she know it was the young man ,she helped in the past shivering on a park bench after a heavy downpour,with his clothes drenched.Without hesitation, Adaeze offered him her jacket and directed him to a nearby shelter.
He later recognized her ,approached her with a warm smile, his eyes filled with gratitude.
"I'll never forget what you did for me that night," he said. "It changed my life."
Adaeze was surprised but touched. She had no idea that her small act of kindness had had such a profound impact. The young man, whose name was Alvin, told her how her jacket had kept him warm that night.
As they talked, Adaeze realized that Alvin had become a successful business man and established several companies over the globe. She was filled with a sense of joy and satisfaction, knowing that her compassion had made a difference in someone's life.
Few years passed and Adeaze beauty draw Alvin’s attention.He proposed to her in the park they first met ,they lived happily ever after.
Unfortunately her mother died but she was fulfilled that her mother’s ever wishes for her to get married was visualize .
Who would have thought that her compassionate mind would help her.

Early to rise …,they said

It had been a while since I last relied on Google Maps to find my way, but I decided to give it a try for this trip. I started my journey on foot around 10am, thinking it would be a simple walk. At first, everything seemed straightforward, Google's voice guiding me with confidence. But as I continued, I approached a street that didn’t sit right with me. I hesitated, thinking, “Can this GPS be serious?” Still, the app urged me to go forward, so I did.

The deeper I ventured, the stranger the path became. The road was filled with unnecessary turns that made no sense. Each corner led me further away from where I thought I should be. That’s when confirmed I was lost. I had gone into a completely different environment, nothing like the area I was aiming for. The houses in this new place were built from wooden planks, a community I never knew existed.

At that moment, the most ridiculous thing happened—Google Maps proudly announced, "You have arrived at your destination." I looked around in disbelief. My "destination" was a quiet, unfamiliar area, in the middle of nowhere. As if to add insult to injury, the GPS then went off. No signal, no directions, nothing. Just silence.

I stood there for a few seconds, trying to gather my thoughts. Fortunately, I had some basic understanding of how the GPS worked, and I quickly recalculated my route in my head. I didn’t waste time, knowing full well I had no business staying there longer than necessary. I retraced my steps as best as I could and managed to find my way back to the main road.

I laugh at the experience, but in that moment, it was no joke. I was just glad I got out before I became one of those stories you hear that leave you shaking your head.

I was call to represent my football team in a community meeting. When the meeting started, the Chairman stood at the front, smiling and welcoming everyone. I listened carefully as people began to share their concerns and ideas. I was amazed at how cooperative everyone was about making our town a better place, I had thought that I would be meeting the village touts but no. Some spoke about improving local foot ball fields, while others discussed the need for better Agencies that could attract external relationships .

Finally, it was my turn to speak. I walked up to the front, my heart pounding. I looked out at the crowd and took another deep breath. “Hello, everyone! My name is Destiny and I’m here to share some ideas from my neighborhood.

I talked about our community set ups and how unorganized we were which needed more support, and how we could create fun events to bring people together. The crowd listened, some even nodding in agreement. As I spoke, I felt kingly inside. This was my moment to shine.

After I finished, I received applause, and I felt a big smile spread across my face, I couldn't even control it. I returned to my seat, my heart still racing, but i still felt proud as i listened as the redt made their nice contributions.

As people started to leave, many came up to me and said how much they liked my ideas.
That alone would be sufficient to make my whole week.

A week ago, I poured my heart and soul into writing a story that I truly believed could win the competition. I spent countless hours crafting the plot, developing how to convey my story, and making sure every word felt just right. Yesterday was the big day, the day the competition would be decided, and I was so anxious to see how my story would perform.

As the clock ticked down, I stayed awake, watching the numbers lag painfully behind. I had reached out to all my friends, both near and far, asking them to support me by liking my story. They did, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Despite their best efforts, my story wasn’t gaining the attraction I hoped for or needed to qualify.

My phone had died earlier in the night, which meant I missed out on precious time to promote my story. I managed to wake up around 11 PM, uncertain and worried, only to find that everyone I knew was already asleep. I felt a wave of disappointment wash over me as I noticed that my friends had all gone offline. I sent out links to my story, but it felt like shouting into the void; there was no response.

The anxious feeling inside me grew as I watched the clock. The competition was set to end at 1 PM, and as each minute passed, my heart sank a little deeper. My story was still lagging behind in likes, and I didn’t know what else to do.

Well, I lost the game but then, I could still try again right?

Today was a busy day. A few people from my work were picked to go meet the Vice Chancellor at IMT, which is a well-known school. I was excited about the trip, but I stayed up late the night before and didn’t sleep enough.

When I got to the bus stop, I saw that the bus had already left without me. I felt sad and worried. I checked my phone to see if my coworkers had called, but my phone was dead because there was no power. I was really frustrated.

I didn’t want to miss the meeting, so I got on the next bus going to the same place.
In the bus, I was so restless and even without my phone to get in contact with my colleagues, I was almost in traumatic shock.

Luckily, I caught up with my colleagues on the way!
Sighting them in the moving bus next to the one I boarded, my joy overflowed, what haven't I assumed.
I got to the location before they did as my bus moved a bit faster than theirs, even though I thought I would be late, now I'll be receiving them, I thought.

Being the first one there made me really happy and relieved.

Last week was a big problem with my phone. It started freezing, and I got very frustrated. I couldn't use my apps or send messages without waiting. After a few days of this, I decided to do something.

I heard that clearing the app data for Chrome might help my phone work better. I went ahead and did it without thinking too much. I thought it would fix my phone, but I didn’t know it would cause more trouble!

The next morning, I woke up feeling hopeful. I wanted to log into my MindViewers account to catch up on things. But when I tried to sign in, I started to panic. I realized that clearing the app data had deleted all my logins and passwords. I couldn't remember my MindViewers password, and I struggled to think of it.

To make things worse, I had changed the email linked to my account recently and couldn’t remember my new email address. I felt completely lost and frustrated. I looked at my phone, feeling stuck, like I couldn't get in.

For a couple of days, I tried to stay calm, but it was hard. I searched through all my notes and tried every email I could think of. Every time I thought I had the right one, it was wrong. Just yesterday, something good happened, I backed up my google cloud and got my password back.
I had to wait out the 24hr interval until now.

The music was loud, and everyone was dancing. Obi saw a girl named Ada. She was dancing and smiling, and she looked so happy!
In the spirit of the happiness, Obi decided to move closer, she might as well welcome the lonely man.

Obi wanted to dance with her and have fun together all night long.
So, he walked over to Ada and said, "Can you dance with me?" She smiled and said yes! They started to dance together. It felt really nice.

After dancing for a while, Obi joked with Ada and said, "Can you count to ten?" They both giggled, and it made them feel even closer. But inside, Obi felt a little nervous. He really liked her and wanted to tell her but worried if she would like him back.

Then, Ada looked up at him and said, "Don’t worry! Just be yourself." Obi felt better when he heard that. So instead of being scared, he said, "let’s enjoy this fun night together!"

They kept dancing and laughing, holding hands and forgetting about everything else around them. The bright lights and happy music made them feel like they were in their own special place.

And from there, something grew.
I know love is not found in clubs or its likes, but Obi found his own in that party.

Once upon a time, there were two friends who lived together in a community, they were very good friends who have been co-existing peacefully for a long time. One of them was named Frank, and the other was named Abel. They were living happily until they decided to go and find the purpose for which their lives were destined for, so they went to see a spiritualist.

On getting there, the spiritualist told Frank that he is meant to be king over the community, and that sooner or later, he will be king. The spiritualist went as far as kneeling and bowing before Frank, and hailing him as the soon to be king, and this made Frank very happy. The spiritualist told Abel that he doesn’t see him becoming much in life and that he will have to bow to his friend when he is crowned king.

Frank left the place with excitement, while Abel left very sad. Frank began to boost of himself in the community and people starting hailing him king, and so he didn’t see the need to find himself work to do or try to improve his life, he lazily waited for the day he will be crowned king. Abel on the other hand left the community to another community to start his life afresh. Abel went into business and with time, his business grew very big and he became wealthy.

Many years passed and Frank remained idle, still waiting for the crown. One day, Abel returned to the community to see how things were going, and when the people in the community saw Abel and how wealthy he had become, they all decided to crown him as their king, that he will make a great impact in the community when it comes to business and investments. Frank objected and said he is the one to be king, people told him that he is too lazy to be king, and that he sits around from morning till night doing nothing. And so, they crowned Abel as their king. Frank got to realize that life has principles, he did not give himself value, he did not develop himself and was lazy for years, and these is not supposed to be how kings plan their lives. Frank on the other hand understood that every stage, position, destination in life have their requirements and criteria that you must meet up with.
