It wasn't like I stayed for the holiday long in my home; I actually just stayed a week. But upon returning, I noticed something that shocked me and pulled me off my feet. It was a shocking sight.

As I saw the packet of spaghetti that I had reserved for myself all littered on the ground, my heart sank. I had left about five packs of spaghetti, and I was only seeing two intact. The other three were in shreds. It was a rat. A rat had come into my home and destroyed things this way. I wondered about the root or the hole they had come in from, but that wasn't my main concern at the moment.

First, I had to do my cleanup, and the kitchen was the most troubling part. It was really tiring, especially since I had returned late from my journey back home to where I resided close to school.

Well, just today, as luck might have it, I noticed something making a sound in my kitchen. I went in, and to my dismay, I found that the remaining two packets of spaghetti had been disturbed. The rat was gone. The rat was gone. The rat was gone. The rat was gone. The rat was gone. The rat was gone.

I took note that the rat was still in the house, so I prepared myself as I listened for any slightest sounds. I was just about to sleep when I heard another sound, so I picked up my broom and opened my kitchen door, waiting for it to run out. It didn't, so I hit the broom against the door, making a very loud noise, and then the rat came to where I stood. It was trying to escape through the door before my broom landed on it.

After I returned from holiday, I noticed that one of our five banana plantations had mature fruit in it. I was admiring this fruit, and I kept it in the back of my mind that once I returned from school, I would have a bunch for myself to enjoy at school. Well, it was about three days before I was to resume school, so I told my mother about my intentions to harvest the bananas and then have a bunch for school. I really enjoyed bananas, and I loved the taste. I particularly enjoyed them with groundnuts. Enjoying bananas, especially with groundnuts, gave me a satisfaction that was simply out of this world. Well, it was finally time for me to go and harvest the bananas, and I engaged in a bit of a struggle with my mother over it. I had never wanted something as much as this, and it required a lot of effort. My brothers weren't around, so I had to manage the harvest myself.

First, my mother told me that bananas should not just be cut carelessly. We had to handle the tree, or should I say the plantation? or the stem? carefully, so that it wouldn’t break off and squash the bananas on the ground. So, I began by cutting a circle around the stem of the banana plant, bringing it closer to me. Once I did that, my mother held the bunch while I swiftly cut it.

After all the hard work and stress, I decided I wasn’t going to go back to school with just one bunch of bananas. Instead, I took three bunches with me, feeling a deep sense of satisfaction after the jumping, holding, and carrying the weight back. I figured that three bunches were just the right amount, a good reward for the effort I had put in.

How can someone who is clueless about a thing continue to argue like he knows anything about it? This guy was actually very clueless about the point I was making, yet he continued to rival my points and facts with his ignorance. I wanted to give him some advice about building an online community, but he was trying to make a point where there isnt.

I'm already running my community, and it's going quite well, I can say. In the heat of the conversation, I wanted to offer him tips on how to build his own community for free, but he wouldn't let me. His mouth was rattling like a snake, and he talked too much for a man. He was countering my facts with invalid points and absurdities, which got me pissed, and I thought to myself, isn't it better to keep to myself?

Then, as I reflected on the situation, I realized that I was at fault and that I shouldn't even be talking publicly about these points—usually very valid points and credible information that are hidden and not just supplied easily to the mass. This guy was a stranger to me; we just lived in the same compound. I had come out to take some fresh air, and then he also came around, leading to our conversation. As he wouldn't agree with my points, I decided to keep quiet and admit that I was wrong.
