I am a good cook, and everyone who has had a bite of my food can testify to this. However, yesterday, when my friends came over, we had plans to go to the market together. The idea was to enjoy some quality time while we prepared delicious dishes as friends—it was supposed to be a fun outing.

Before we headed out, I decided to whip up a quick dish of jollof rice. Since I was in a hurry, I didn’t follow my usual meticulous cooking methods. In fact, we all expected the rice wouldn’t turn out well, especially since I was skipping many of the usual ingredients and condiments.

But when I finished cooking and the water in the rice dried out, I served it on plates, and to my surprise, it was even better than the rice usually make with all the proper ingredients! The taste was rich and delightful, catching everyone off guard. My friends couldn't believe it as they chanted praises.
I knew that the food coming out that way was only a mere luck😀 but who will leak the secret?

The crypto event I attended was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. It was filled with fun, gaming, and a wealth of information about the crypto world. Knowing I had quick fingers, I decided to give it a shot. Who knows? I thought to myself. There were certainly others who might be faster than me, but I was willing to try my luck and aim for the win.

As I prepared for the challenge, I quickly worked out the calculations and retrieved the digits I needed to punch in. With adrenaline pumping through my veins, I typed the numbers with confidence. Just as I was about to submit the code, a sudden error message popped up on my screen.

I hadn't given much attention to the text message we were required to enter, not realizing at that moment that my data was exhausted. I pressed the submit key, but my screen displayed a frustrating "Network Error." Confused and panicked, I couldn't fathom what the problem could be. I tried multiple times to push through the submission, each attempt leading to the same disheartening message.

Eventually, I had to face the reality that the other contestants had likely already submitted their entries while I was struggling with my faulty connection. I took a moment to check the text message again, and that’s when it hit me—I had used up the last drop of my data subscription.

Desperate to participate in the upcoming contests, I reached out to a few friends for support but each of them was earger to win from the fastest finger challenge, so I relax and just watched the fun go on.

It was a lazy evening, and I found myself scrolling through TikTok video clips until I came across a particularly educational video that I decided to share with you all. In the video, there was a man who had been caught with some iron rods. He had dug up these rods from graveyards, and then he went on to explain what these iron rods were used for. I must admit, I didn't fully understand the mystery behind it.

I personally have come across several hundreds of videos of people either complaining or lamenting about how, during the night while asleep, robbers invaded their homes and swiftly made off with their belongings and valuables. The mystery of how they managed to do this without ever being caught was one that needed to be solved—until I watched that particular video.

In it, a man made a startling confession. He disclosed that these robbers often used iron rods taken from graveyards. According to him, when they placed these rods in the compound of a target residence, the occupants would fall into a deep, unshakeable sleep. He described it as if they were under a spell, lying still and unaware, completely vulnerable to the intruders. While the homeowners remained oblivious, the robbers would carry out their evil plots, taking whatever they desired without the slightest disturbance.

The cold aspect of this revelation left me feeling uneasy. Not only was it disturbing to think about the use of such dark methods, but it also made me question the safety of the Lodge where I live.

One of the things that kept me going then was the fact that I was able to see small small change on a daily even though it was hard to save cause of too much billing yet there were things I did for myself without boring my people with unnecessary needs and complain.

The first year I wrote jamb that was 2016, though I gained admission to study my then dream course, I was unable to start schooling then.

Instead of staying at home, I decided to learn how to barbe hair.

When I finally got admission 2019, then I was already good with my barbing and it helped me scale through school.

Bought some textbooks, offset some bills and most times fend for myself from the money I made.

Do not feel too proud to acquire a skill, it's for your own good make your parents no kpai because they want to train you to become a better person .

Unless you have other options that can fetch you money when you don't get from your people, aside that, learn a skill today.
